The final four drivers of the Revolution Racing team arrive in Irwindale, California. They race in a 4-person shoot-out where the winner will have the opportunity to qualify for the Toyota All-Star Showdown. After a closely contested (and heated) race a winner emerges and is off to qualifying. The entire crowd is shocked as our driver not only qualifies for the race but wins the pole! The excitement carries over into the big race that hosts a top class field including Sprint Cup driver Joey Lagano. An amazing journey culminates in a down to the wire finish that leaves everyone at Revolution Racing beaming with pride.

In this episode the drivers have their final workout with Coach Phil along with individual sit down conversations with Max Siegel back at his office. They also get a chance to visit racing royalty- Kelly Earnhardt. She gives advice on branding and the business aspect of racing. A last round of head to head racing leads to a final boardroom meeting where a decision is made. Two more drivers are cut and the final four drivers are determined.

The drivers meet up with Coach Phil for a crash course in pitting the cars. We learn how dangerous this maneuver is with a couple close calls. The pit crew sticks around to have a little competition of their own. Workouts this time are a little different as Phil takes the drivers to an Olympic training center for some running and then it’s back to the track. At the end of the day someone else must go home. Now with only six drivers left, everyone is focused on giving it all they have in these last few days of the competition.

In this episode we continue to track pre-existing personal stories with the drivers. The day starts off with a workout with Coach Phil. After working out all morning the drivers are tested on their knowledge of the cars with drive instructors Andy and Blair. The next day’s weather calls for rain so racing is delayed. Blair has one-on-one conversations with the drivers and as the weather clears up its back to the track for head to head racing. At the end of the day a boardroom meeting determines that another driver must be eliminated. There are now seven remaining in the competition.
