Ten celebrities enclosed in yellow boxes are transported to a mystery location, where they’ll face challenges with the two worst-performing celebs battling it out in The Duel at the end of every episode, when the loser is eliminated.

Gary Lineker puts ten intrepid celebrities through their paces as they are transported to mystery locations in boxes – with no rules and no instructions, they must try to beat each other in high-pressure challenges and avoid a head-to-head showdown in The Duel. As The Box messes with the celebrities’ minds, they must successfully navigate one individual and one team challenge, determine whether to make friends or foe with their competition, and avoid being the first celebrity sent packing.

Prue’s food hero is an award-winning spicy sauce maker who experiments with recipes inspired by his Thai heritage. Prue has a hack for using up any leftover bananas that might be going past their best, turning them into a vegan-friendly ‘nice cream’. John and Prue share the kitchen to make a speedy sweet treat, doughnuts cooked in the air fryer, served with roasted plums and ricotta cream. Though John isn’t too happy about getting his hands mucky!
